DIY Captain Cook's Winter Grog | serves 2
Originally designed for the Oceania Exhibition at London's Royal Academy of Arts back in 2018, this twist of the classic navy grog is a perfect winter drink.
A delicious seasonal blend of Pusser’s navy rum "gunpowder proof", a touch of Madeira wine, raw sugar cane juice, fresh lime and homemade exotic pineapple & apricot shrub, seasoned with vanilla, ginger and nutmeg, served long over ice charged with chilled water.
This truly is a drink for cold winter days and the rum lover!
What's in the box?
1x 100ml bottle rum and madeira alcoholic mix, serving two cocktails at 22.5% abv
1x Cordial bottle
Dehydrated botanicals for garnish
