A summer forest take on the Mexican classic, using Alipús San Baltazar Mezcal from Oaxaca and Rånäs Brännvin spiced pomarance snaps from Sweden Shaken with fresh lime and sweetened with homemade English summer honey and wild cherry syrup, infused with hand-foraged meadowsweet.
This truly is a delicious flavour combination!
