A green blend of Scandinavian Akvavit and British wine aperitif infused with hand foraged botanicals, shaken with homemade lemon and Yorkshire garden pea cordial, seasoned with wild water mint and scented with wild fennel tincture.

1x 100ml bottle of Scandinavian Akvavit and British wine aperitif alcoholic mix, serving two cocktails at 18% abv

1x Garden pea cordial bottle

1x Lemon

1x Fennel tincture bottle

Dehydrated botanicals for garnish

Equipment you need to make it 

Cocktail Shaker Set:  Bar spoon, Shaker, Hawthorn Strainer, Fine Strainer, 25/5ml Jigger

Nick & Nora glass or alternatively a classic 125ml Martini glass.

Cubed ice 

Ice is not included but we have ice moulds as part of our Cocktail Shaker Set.
