A seasonal take on the Italian classic, using sweet vermouth, seasonal shrub and aromatic bitter apéritif, served long and charged with dry tonic.
The special touch is seasoning the drink with our own homemade seasonal shrub, made with merlot vinegar infused for two weeks with hand foraged wild blackberries and bilberries and a touch of wild fennel.
What's in the box?
1x 100ml bottle of sweet vermouth and aromatic bitter apéritif alcohol mix, serving two cocktails at 11.2% abv
2x 200ml Soda bottle with shurb mix
