DIY Winter Berry Margarita | 2 serves
A seasonal take on the Mexican classic, made with Alipús San Baltazar Mezcal from Oaxaca and Rånäs Brännvin spiced pomarance snaps from Sweden. Shaken with pressed lime and sweetened with a touch of our homemade Autumn shrub. Made from Bourjasotte Noire Provence figs, hand foraged British bilberries, blackberries and wild fennel, all infused in Italian merlot vinegar and Bell Heather honey for 14 days.
This truly is a delicious flavour combination!
